Intake & Scoping
We start with one structured 90-minute intake call. We learn about your business, your customers, the systems you run, and where your sensitive data lives. From that conversation we map your environment and define the scope of your ISMS — what's in, what's out, and why. You'll leave with a clear picture of the road ahead. We'll leave with everything we need to start building.
Build your ISMS
This is where Pillar does the heavy lifting. We build your full document suite — 20+ policies, your risk register, Statement of Applicability, and every supporting control document required by ISO 27001. Each document is built using a proven implementation framework and reviewed by a compliance expert against your specific business context. Nothing goes to your auditor without expert sign-off. We'll come back to you with focused questions when we need input — never with a 200-page checklist. You'll review, approve, and we move on.
Audit & Certify
We run your internal audit, fix anything the audit surfaces, and assemble your evidence pack. We manage all communication with the accredited certification body and prepare you for Stage 1 (document review) and Stage 2 (implementation review). We sit in on the audits with you. When you receive your certificate, we run a debrief so you know exactly what to maintain over the next three years — and we hand you off into your ongoing subscription if you've chosen one.
